The location was fine the U haul application was awful - I had to go on line and it was not easy to finally get access to the vehicle... The process took about an hour to solve.. Anti fraud protection on my credit card did not help me either - it forced me to use my debit card which honestly I was less than pleased with but this is the banks fault not U haul ...
