KEYUR PI had to move from Etobicoke to Orangeville. It was my first time booking U-Haul through online. I accidentally put my drop off location back at Etobicoke. When I went to pick up my truck at the Etobicoke location in the morning, I told the rep that I am moving to Orangeville and I accidentally chose back to Etobicoke location. I asked if I could drop it off at Orangeville. He told me since the online booking says it’s coming back to Etobicoke, he can’t do anything about it. I had to drive the truck empty and stacked additional kilometres. I had to pay extra 56.50 dollars on top of additional fuel cost. Would make it user friendly and also able to change the drop off location instead customer makes a mistake on the online booking.
