Inside the uhaul box needed too be hosed out. Something was spilt all over the floor with a strong oder and attracted alot inside the uhaul floor because of the substance spilt on the floor. The uhaul air conditioner didn't blow cold air.

Horrible
James LU-Haul should not allow this location to represent them. Unprofessional, agonizingly slow, rude.... I reserved and paid for several 2 wheelers and 2 dollies, none we're available when we picked up the trucks. Reserved 48 moving blankets, they came in bags of 6, they did not let us know that they never clean the blankets in between each rental. 2 of the blankets had some type of clear, slimy substance on them that we did not notice when we were packing some very expensive oak tables. The slime destroyed the finish on these tables. After the move the owner/manager said we must bring in the used blankets, move a display rack inside the gas station store, and put the blankets on a table in the rear of the store. And we had to take pictures of the gas and mileage gauges and bring them back into the facility for him. The check-in process took 35 minutes and they checkout process took 30 minutes.... I could go on, but I won't. This was like a bad movie happening in real life. I have been in the patient/customer care business for 40 years, I am the easiest and most forgiving customer you can deal with. I write something negative, maybe once every 5 years. That's how bad this was. I am not writing this to obtain any type financial compensation, I am only trying to save the next nice person from this type of experience.

BRIAN CI keep getting trailers that have under-inflated tires. I noted that 65PSI is the recommended and yet this is a second trailer I got with 40-42PSI in each tire. This is frustrating, dangerous and wasteful.
JAY LVehicle maintenance is very bad, brakes are not as effective as it should be, even I push brake pedal to the floor vehicle is struggling to slowdown.

Saidavali SEasy rental with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Super tight parking, both when leaving and returning. surprised they let me move the trucks in such close proximity to others. Truck's AC barely worked better than the outside air. Was dented on the driver's side. Had 188000 miles. Glad I only rented for local use of about a 100 mile round trip as compared to cross country. Would have been very unhappy with the truck had that been the case.

debra pI rented a one-way Uhaul. I communicated to this location that there was a mistake about the drop-off location and they told me that there was nothing they could do. They said someone was needing the equipment at 8am the following morning and my options were drive it back from a different state and be responsible for the additional mileage or pay a minimum of a $600 wrong-drop-off location fee. There were very unapologetic for their mistake on the drop-off location and were not willing to help me or find a solution.

HASKELL FPicking up the vehicle was super easy and convenient and the store clerk was very kind, but upon our return of the vehicle we where met with a rude attitude and terrible overall customer service from a different store clerk.
Hunter Rthe gentleman did not speak very good English so it took me over an hour just to pick up my truck. He did not know the website and kept getting frustrated and starting over again, and then he had customers coming in and they were getting upset because he was trying to work with me. He did not know what alphabetical order was, so he had me dropping the equipment off in North Carolina instead of Tennessee. He did not have a printer so could not provide me with any paperwork. He told me to take a picture of his computer screen. I don't hold him accountable, it is the person for Uhaul who gave him the account. If I had had the time, I would have walked away.

Ernest HI never received a final receipt when I brought back the truck. I wish your policy was to return all vehicles with a full tank of gas. It would be much fairer to all renters instead of estimating fuel level of a 1/8 tank. There’s nothing worse than renting a vehicle and your first stop has to be a filling station!!

daryl pThe only benefit to this location is that it is open on a Sunday. It is a gas station/convenience store with only one employee. I reserved on line but he made me fill out all the information again that took 20 minutes due to language barriers. He tried to pass off wet blankets to me which I refused then gave me a sealed bag with one short, luckily I had others at the house I could replenish when I returned the truck. The clean and well maintained question needs to be seperated above. The rental did not sound very good but ran exceptionally well compared to other U-Hauls I have used. As for clean, not even close. The box was dirty and the exterior as filthy, especially the front end. My son in law spent 15 minutes trying to clean the front windshield and mirrors. He did not dare tackle the grill or lights with the layers of petrified bugs. Overall, happy with the equipment, not so happy with the pickup location.

Dean KThis location was unable to print a contract or a receipt on pick-up day. The trailer did not match the photos I was sent by U-Haul, but your website wouldn’t take the photos I was attempting to upload of the actual condition (rust, cracked vinyl and paint), nor would the website take my submitted notes without a photo.
Margo WNobody in the UHAUL organization would tell me what the rate was to drop off at a different location until it finally went through. Very dissatisfied. I will use pods or Ryder going forward. I am also responsible for relocating people at work, I will never company reimburse a UHAUL expense again.
Ein HThe front, left tire was low, so the light was on. We were told to pay to air it up at the air machine, but that didn't work. We had to drive around to find a place to air the tire up. It took a while... The air light came back on after 5 hours. Also, the back was not swept out and had wood pieces in it.

Lisa CSelf pickup is not at all friendly. When we chose chat option I expect some one to respond. But self handling takes lot of time and the process is hectic. I would suggest you to fix this. If you give chat option ask the person to respond to the customer which will be a good customer experience. But the way you respond to customer is far worse and you have to improve that. You can always reach me at my number for better suggestions.
Pradeep KNo one to help hook trailer up or verify hooked up correctly - very loose - also I asked to pickup at Razorback Storage and instead sent me to Counterpoint - which is a gas station that stores a couple hauls. Not good. I then went to Razerback and the person there found things not hooked up correctly including safety hookup...in addition trailer was dirty and had to be cleaned.....very dissatisfied with U-Haul on this situation.
