Even with a couple of small issues the attendant got things cleared up quickly and efficiently. One of the best experiences I have had in renting a U-Haul. Will use again.

The counter person upon returning the truck was rude and uncooperative. I won’t ever rent that location again.
ROBIN VLocation made us retrieve furniture pads and dolly and bring them into the store. Never had to do this on previous rentals.
CLARENCE CTruck was dirty when picked up inside
Gary lI had checked in online, but when I arrived, the person helping me started the process over. The printer also failed and I had to take a picture of their laptop for the contract. It took over 25 minutes for me to pick up my truck with an online check in. Normally I can get my truck in less than 5 minutes with the same process.
