There’s no front counter or anyone when you first walk in the building from the roadside entrance. I had to call out for someone to come out from a room and she directed me to the back of the building where there is a service counter. It is best to use the app or online check in, and make sure you have your license available because you have to take a picture of it and your face so they can verify who is picking the equipment up. Once you go through all that and check the equipment, you will need to go inside to get your key.

Johnny TIt is a small location. The one that I originally reserved in 436 Altamonte was better, but U-Haul changed my original pick up location a day before, and I didn't receive any notification. I found out about it when arriving at 436 Altamonte on pick up day. The Herrera movers had to wait for me since the incident obviously delayed the moving help starting time. Herrera movers were great: kind, fast, and professional. I couldn't rate them on the link I received via email. Thanks.
