Have employees be more efficient and having the uhauls ready for pickup. I requested a dolly and the employee left it behind the building in the road for me. When picking up the uhaul i showed the employee everything was still pending for official pickup on my end but the employee gave me the ok to take the truck still. an hour later they called me stating that the truck was considered stolen if I did not go back. again another issue on their fault because i showed them and they gave me the okay. This was self/online pickup. The drop box for the keys (pickup) is nowhere near the trucks either.,

I reserved the 26 foot truck for 10am so I would have until 10am to return it. It was supposed to be for 3 days. The return time was set at 9am...that is 2 days and 23 hours! I returned it the day before it was due but the fact is it should be due at the time you pick it up, not an hour before!

Had to park in the back where it was not a secured area with questionable people standing around. I was nervous about dropping off the keys in a box that could’ve been easily broken into and afraid I get charged for any damage to a truck that wasn’t in a secured environment

My only complaint is I dropped my truck off after hours and there's no indication except for a little sign on one door that trucks are to be returned to the back of the building. The sign is not noticable until you're looking for the key drop box. Other than that, I had no issues.

Even though our vehicle was returned in a prompt manner it was not checked in by this location. We continued to receive calls from UHaul asking when we were going to return the vehicle.

Rep called me to inform me that I drove over 2,000 miles in less than 24 hours and still returned it to the original pick up location. Which is physically impossible. I tried to communicate this to him but he said “it don’t matter sir”. I told him I need him to investigate this as I only drove approximately 12 miles total. I also turned it in less than 24 hours.

I made my reservation online. When I picked up my rental, my paperwork confirmed my drop off was Tulare, CA, which I requested and preferred. Then 4 hrs later I get a text that my drop off was in Visalia, CA, 15 miles from where I live. I don’t appreciate the change, and it was a huge inconvenience after a long day of moving, I had to drive to another city to drop off the trailer.

Reserved a appliance dolly and truck. Was told they didn’t have a dolly for me because they rented it to someone else. Took me about 30 minutes to finally leave with the truck. Was told by clerk I would receive a discount for inconvenience, never did. Highly disappointed.

UHaul was great. I had a terrible problem with the moving company used on the UHaul site. Packers Moving, was who I chose. They brought two great guys and 1 who smelled like pot and was spaced out enough it was hard for him to take simple directions. Then the price went from $65.00 an hour, to $90.00 an hour, to $ 120.00.

I did an unattended drop off as the location was closed. Although there was someone in the office, she advised me just to pull the trailer around back and they'll check it in on Monday. Then on Tuesday, I received a rather threatening voicemail "GUIDO" style telling me I need to bring the trailer back NOW! I still have the recording.

U-Haul does not keep their trailers clean. The may be sort of swept out, but overall in almost all my trailer rentals... throughout all U-Haul dealerships, the trailers are disgusting. The newer the cleaner; the older the dirtier.

I was under the impression that I would be helped personally with my transaction upon returning, yet no one informed me that the uhaul division of the store would be closed before I returned. My card was placed on hold for the weekend. I didn't appreciate having to park the truck in an alley, then use a drop key box and the store owner (?) Telling me I should have read the posted sign on some window that stated uhaul would be closed at noon. I felt very uneasy, and won't rent from this company again.
