The past 2 times I've returned a one-way uhaul at this location they've told me to drive to a different location to drop off as â€œtheir lot is full.â€ When I get to the other location they tell me they're full too. It is an incredibly frustrating experience and I will not use uhaul again because of it.Herman C.

When we arrived to pick it up, we had to wait an hour or so since nobody was there. On the road, we had gotten a flat tire, and attempted to use the SafeTrip which was supposed to be 24/7 service, but there was no point in waiting for something that was never going to arrive. I had to fix the tire myself out of my own pocket, and if it wasn't for our flat tire we would've been at our destination quicker.Isaac S.

It was not as easy as I thought it would be. We literally had to park facing the door in order for the app to work. It was just a hassle. Then I received a call asking me when ID be returning truck? I replied I had dropped it off before due time. Just not a great experienceGema A.

Very frustrated with Uhaul. We did a one way and were told my Mahogany and Anna who both told me I would receive a credit. When I reserved the truck, I wasn't given to option of a return day. Uhaul automatically made it two days. I only needed it for one. They assured me I would receive a credit because I would return early. I called today after being charged the full amount and, very unsympathetically, was told Uhaul wouldn't and doesn't offer a credit. One ways are flat rate. Then the whole run around about him not being sure why they told me that, it was inaccurate, etc, etc. I didn't need the truck for the days Uhaul gave me, they wouldn't let me adjust the actual days I needed and then wouldn't credit me the time. I picked and returned the same day. Uhaul had the truck back in its possession way before I was supposed to return it. More than 36 hours early actually. I had the truck for about 8.5 hours but was still charged the full 48 hour price.Martin S.

It was easy to find but hard to drop off. The instructions to drop off was not clear. Had to look for the Dropbox and saw a small note in the front door that drop off was on the back. App was not clear and didn't say about dropping off on back, and failing to do so would be fee.Monserrath R.
Very hidden and nobody there to assist. I wasn't told what to do. Guy just said drop the keys at drop box and didn't know or explained to checkout before dropping the keys. So I couldn't take a picture of the gas mileage. Didn't even say where to park the uhaul. I had to figure everything out on my own. Did not like the quarter fuel tank requirement. The fuel gauge was slightly under a quarter full at the time of pickup. I returned after putting $25. of fuel in tank. I drove the truck and put 27 miles on the odometer. Since I am unfamiliar with mpg and size of tank, the next U-Haul customer benefited from my generosity.Lillette Q.
It was very difficult to do contactless pick up. When taking a pic of the drivers license it kept denying us. It mafe me enter 3 different people and they called my parents to verify us renting and still dont authorize it. I called and was on hold for 25 minutes before speaking with someone. She was super helpful. For some reason your system scanned the license as expired (it was not) and i was forced to be the driver even though i was not comfortable driving the truck. So i wasnt able to actually get the truck till almost an hour after my original pick up time.AVELINA YVONNE H.

I submitted pictures of the uhaul dropped off showing it in the front of the building and realized after I submitted my return that it was supposed to be in the rear entrance of the building so then moved it over.
