The night before I was to return my rental, I received a call from UHaul. They told me that the Burke St facility in Visalia was not accepting returns so I would have to return the truck to the facility on Mineral King Ave. I thought this was strange so I called the Burke St facility and they said they are accepting returns. I returned the truck there since it was much more convenient for me. They said it was very strange that I received the call regarding where I should return it.
