The U-Haul return app did not function properly causing me to make 2 calls over 2 days to get the equipment shown as returned. Problem was the app not the after hours drop off location

James MThere were no personnel, no posted phone numbers. Had to call central helpline to turn trailer in. I was charged cleaning fee for clean trailer and unpublished turn in fee. Worst U Haul experience ever!

They allowed me to select a trailer with barn door style doors which made our loading and unloading much easier. We had a very easy rental experience and recommend them for moving rental needs.
