No one there when I dropped off equipment. Didnt respond to phone messages.

THOMAS GEverything went smoothly from hookup to return. There was an agent in the yard to help uncouple trailer, check the status of my account and I was on my way home in 5 minutes. Most of the time was me backing the trailer into the parking spot. After 50+ years of towing I still can't backup very well. It's not pretty but it works. I was advised on the bigger trucks the renter is allowed to tow their own trailers like a boat trailer. PENSKY does not allow this. i'll be back.

Gary DU-Haul phone person assigned me to a location that didn’t have the toy hauler that I needed. While I was driving (300 miles) to that location they called and told me that they didn’t have the equipment. I told her to find another location. What the hell? Why do you solicit my opinion? Nothing ever changes.

MATT FHave a truck that doesn’t have issues with the steering. It was a very scary and longer drive one way. I had to call roadside assistance to report an issue that due to timing I had to accept a defective vehicle.

Jeffrey DThe original location was suppose to be in Alanson, MI. When we went to check it out they were closed for a week and apparantly did not inform U Haul to not assign any orders. It was upsetting because this was the first time rental. We stopped at U-Haul in Petoskey MI and the manager was so nice ev en though he only rented trucks. He called the one in Charlevoix. U Haul said we could have the 6 x 12 for the price of the 5 x 8 because of the mix up. They did not do it. When we picked up the U Haul in Charlevoix he did not have the 5 x 8 as informed. We had to pay for for the bigger trailer, which was on the invoice. It was good to drive so we were pleased, but not about the mix up when we called U-Haul direct.

MICHAEL WThe experience at Challenge Fitness could not have been better. Very friendly. That being said, the trailer itself needs to be retired. It is in rough shape. Door barely opens without forcing it. Outside if trailer is in horrible condition. Trailer was functional and did when I needed it to do, so I am a happy customer.
