The experience at Challenge Fitness could not have been better. Very friendly. That being said, the trailer itself needs to be retired. It is in rough shape. Door barely opens without forcing it. Outside if trailer is in horrible condition. Trailer was functional and did when I needed it to do, so I am a happy customer.

MICHAEL JWe had to wait about 30 minutes because no one was at the desk. I had left a voice mail for the business on Thursday trying to confirm a trailer would be available and never got a return phone call.
