The experience at Challenge Fitness could not have been better. Very friendly. That being said, the trailer itself needs to be retired. It is in rough shape. Door barely opens without forcing it. Outside if trailer is in horrible condition. Trailer was functional and did when I needed it to do, so I am a happy customer.

RANDOLPH LTell corporate to keep their phones! A customer rep NOT from the actual rental place called me multiple time was very stressful, made this rental very difficult. She caused me so much stress I was in tears and she refused to have her supervisor call me as requested. I'm still waiting on his call. The staff at the actual rental place was amazing. Super friendly and helpful.

EDMOND GThe trailer I rented had serious issues that caused me to add several hours to my planned trip. I do not think the location is responsible for checking the safety and road worthiness of equipment before a unit goes out, but somebody needs to.

Kristy HI was charged $11.50 for two gallons of gas ($5.75/gal), after I had just purchased $15 of gas (4 gallons) at a gas station in Charlevoix. When I picked up the truck it was showing 1/2 tank, and when I returned it, it was slightly higher than when I picked it up. I drove the truck less than 45 miles total. I did not expect U-Haul to gouge honest, well-meaning customers to pad their profit . I am disappointed and it leaves a bad impression... I should be refunded that $11.50.

If I ever know anyone moving, I recommend them, I have a small business that periodically needs the use of a moving truck, I will not think of using anyone else, even if I had to drive a little further. James MEnsure that your location has the correct equipment available. Otherwise, contact the customer to let them know you won't be able to provide. They didn't have the dolly I requested. No contact or email. We had to go out of the way and find a dolly that delayed our loading time by 3 hours. The location just handed me the keys and confirmed the gas level. The 20' foot truck I drove has acceleration issues with the tow/haul on. The alignment was off and it was difficult to steer the truck. I would like some recourse and refund for the lack of customer service. Thank you
Daniel KConvenient to downtown location. Phone calls went to a voicemail messaging system, although there was a staff member on site when we arrived with the trailer. It would be good to have the on-site person available for phone communication
Gerald MTotally messed up our reservation had to drive to two locations to pickup our equipment. Then you guys messed up our date then I had to call multiple times to fix the times and dates. Then you changed our drop off points twice on us! And of course didn't care one bit but sure did take our money in a hurry! Horrible customer service and a clear don't care attitude!
