Explain pickup and drop off times in details. If you pick up equipment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, be aware that you will be charged for two days so you need to watch the time to not be charged a second day for as little as 10 minutes.

I had the best experience at this uhaul location than any other I have been to very customer oriented
dawn fThe location was 30 miles away from where I was using it. So 60 of the 92 miles I paid for was just from pick up and drop off. I picked it up from a barber college? Weird. The guy sent passive aggressive texts to me and made me uncomfortable. If it’s not directly from a uhaul facility, I will not be using it.
