The coustmer service was excellent. She took into consideration all my needs and provided me a vechile I felt safe driving. She even went out her way to correct an issue with scheduling and ensured we had a proper location to drop off and wrote out the address looked up landmarks and confirmed with the drop off location to be there when I arrived.

PATRICIA RThe pickup location is great they always do a great job. The only issue i had with this trailer rental was the width of the trailer rented. I rented a 6x12 trailer with the need to load up a 60 inch mower hoping that it would go well with moving it to its new location only to find out that the ramps width was serveral inches less than the 6ft i was hoping for. I had to remove the deck and drive the mower and deck onto the trailer. Did i read the description in full detail, probably not but was really hoping for a full opening ramp. With that being said I rate pickup 9/10 and overall rental easibility a 9/10 but they really need to fix the description of this trailer.

SANDRA BThere was a brake line leaking that dripped fluid onto my driveway that we had just sealed. I tightened up the line to stop from leaking. On the trip down the parking light were not working. Turn signals and brake lights did work, just parking lights didn't work. I was raining so not too big of a deal because my wife was following me down.

TIMOTHY BThe mobile app is junk and unreliable. It’s a huge waste of time and I’m using the latest Apple Pro phone with the most current OS with full 5G signal. I gave up after 30+ minutes trying to drop off after hours and called the drop off location the following day. If U-Haul really cares about customer experience U-Haul would fix that garbage.

JOHANS ROur move from a smaller to larger space was easily accommodated when we realized the space we had reserved was too small because the facility is family run instead of a faceless, over the internet business. For example, when I pulled in my vehicle was making a terrible screeching sound at one of the wheels. The family also has a tire shop called Tireville next door. The owner asked an employee to take my wheel off right away, removed a small stone, and sent me on my way, refusing to take any payment.

JOYCE PAttention, it's bad, and if you're even one hour late, they charge you for the entire month. I had taken out my things and only came back to take out the trash, so they charged me for the entire month. It's ridiculous
