The manager and staff were excellent. I was waiting on an engine replacement and we having to extend. They were always courteous and efficient. The manager is certainly in the right job. He was seamless.

what is supposed to be a contactless experience proved to be ridiculously difficult. The application would not accept check in which required a call in (on hold for 30 minutes) then when we were able to check in the truck would not start. We could not get any help for more than an hour when we were told by roadside assistance "oh, ive never experienced this before". 40 minutes later it was determined that the key needed to be reprogrammed to the truck and we were walked through it. This delayed our move by 2 hours. Unacceptable.
