I arrived at the location, only to be told that he had neither a 4-wheel truck nor a dolly for me. His reply was "No one keeps them in Baltimore because no one returns them." I had to go Home Depot to get a dolly. Then, the person gave me a truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas! Totally unacceptable!!! His response? "We don't fill up the truck because people don't return it with a full tank." The truck had no air conditioning, and given that it was almost 90 degrees out, it was hot. There was also something wrong with the gas cap. This was by far the worst experience I have had with renting a truck, and will make me consider using another company in the future.

Overcharged me I pointed it out and then they debited the correct amount but never credited the error that they made So now I am charged $150 for a $50 transaction
Richard RThe battery went dead as soon as I got it to my old house and we had to call to have the battery replaced. If you could check and make sure the truck is in good running shape before you rent it out to the next renter. That would help a lot so the next renter has no delays!
