The uhaul had a leak in the roof and there was a hurricane Zeta that passed through during our move. All our belongings got soaked there was about 3 inches of rain that accumulated in the 26ft uhaul. All representatives I spoke to were very kind. But my issue is all the damages to my property, the fact I got a final bill of $362 that's appalling after what I've been through. I was so fed up that yes I dropped that uhaul at the closest location i could. I no longer wanted anything to do with uhaul. I was absolutely devastated and not a single person offered any compensation for my loss yet I recieve a bill. Unbelievable! I had to keep the uhual extra days because I was so screwed. I had nowhere to take my soaking wet property. All the days off work, the gas i spent, the work i did, the storage buildings i had to get to store the items and so on were all just wasted money and time all because of a faulty uhual. I feel like uhual screwed me and I will NEVER use uhaul again. I have a business I've used them with many times for our deliveries but never again will I. I know I should file a claim against uhual for what they have done and I may actually do so as I've taken pictures and documented this hell I've been through. Can you imagine for one minute storing your items in a uhaul and then finding out it has a leak? Just imagine the devastation and work that was to come for us. Yet uhaul doesn't even care. Unreal and very disheartening to know no accountability is taken here. Very displeased with and last thing I will do is good uhual more money so I suggest don't come knocking for that ridiculous extra charges I was charged. I already paid for my initial rental the rest is ALL uhual fault yet you wanna charge your "valued" customer. But the location I got the unit from was very nice and the people were nice. The only bad was the damaged uhual.

Dropped off after hours. Location very poorly lit and did not feel safe. Very difficult to locate drop box and parking was very limited.

After 10 mi on I-26 the engine light came on! I checked belts & fluids and continued my trip. Engine light never went out. Notified drop off of the issue.. The "Economy Fuel Consumption" gauge says to keep in the "green". The only time the gauge is in the green is when you're stopped. Otherwise it's pegged out in the red. Made it back without issue so mission was accomplished. The Hendersonville dealer hooked up my tow vehicle professionally and got me on the road quickly. Much appreciated!

Unable to reach anyone there via phone, no company voicemail either. Drove there day before to confirm order and told truck would be parked out front for pick up before opening. Truck was not set out so had to wait until place opened.

Don't charge people double the price of gasoline to fill the truck back to its original amount, or at least provide the price per gallon they'll be charged if they do decide to return it to be filled. There's absolutely no reason a half a tank of gas should cost over $80 when it's only $1.99-2.09 at literally every local gas station.

The truck was filthy, we had to clean it! Also we discovered the cap that covers the pipe where you put oil in the engine, and had to reattach it to the pipe where you put oil in the truck. UHaul is lucky that oil did not blow out all over the engine. Also the wait to discuss this issue with a customer service rep was entirely too long, 15 minutes. Then when I reached the agent they would not formally accept my complaint because the reservation was not in my name, it was in my wife's name, however the credit card used to pay for the reservation WAS in my name... this is totally unacceptable.

I would not recommend this location for anyone who is not racist or sexist. I don't think Uhaul as a business would allow putting pictures on the wall referring to blow jobs.

When I dropped off the truck it was rather late and dark outside. Better lighting is needed for that. When I got out of the truck to drop off the keys, I was startled by a large barking dog there. Luckily he was chained and I was in no danger. The dog is old and wouldn't hurt anyone if loose, but startling no less. A simple warning when I picked up the truck would have been nice. Great staff and experience overall.

The vehicle itself was awesome, however floorboards on both driver & passenger were dirty. Maybe due to recent rains & where vehicle had been parked at Checkers. In the future I will examine more closely because returning check in commented on state of interior floorboards being filthy. The staff at Checkers were very pleasant & efficient. The vehicle drove very well.

Sent to a different drop off location without any notification. Very inconvenient and annoying. After waiting at the drop off per my contract, I was forced to drive to another location and then wait again.

You sent us to the most unorganized, most junky and filthy place I can imagine. It was seedy etc. I can not think of any redeeming or OK elements for that place. If I have a need in the future, I will certainly ask for a description of and a picture of any pick up place. You have multiple places in the area so why would you have this one????? Don't you have standards???
