This was the 3rd location that I was sent to after the first 2 locations did not have the truck that I had reserved. Not a pleasant experience. The people at the Grove St. location were very accommodating and the truck was ready when i arrived.

This is the 3rd time UHaul has jerked more around. Took 3 locations to get the truck, causing a major delay. Luckily the boots on the ground had the companies back.
