The vehicle was clean. The headlight on the driver's side was very dim like it was ready to burn out. I didn't think to check the lights before we left. There were no mechanical issues. We had a good trip.
MARGARET BThe phone number is incorrect. When you can, it’s a private number for someone who is extremely angry about continuously receiving U-Haul calls. I was angrily cursed at when calling and had to call the main customer service number for help.
