Nathaniel GWhen I was there customer service seemed great. However my experience wasn't great. I was told the truck was full of gas and needed to be returned full. I drove the truck for 19 miles. I had to refill to full when the gauge was on 3/4. I put over 8 gallons of gas into the truck for only 19 miles. I was also charged for driving the truck 30 miles. I returned the truck within the time I reserved it. HOWEVER I was charged for an extra day. No one will answer the phone to help. What started out pleasant ended horrible. Last time I used a different location and was charged for things I didn't do. This location sucked just as bad. I WILL NOT US U HAUL COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!

LUCY CThe equipment we reserved was not available. We had to go to another Uhaul location to pick up the moving blankets. Neither location had the moving dollies we reserved. Fortunately, our movers had their own equipment. The trailer reservation pickup location was changed by Uhaul only hours before we had to pick it up, which wasn't so bad, except that we still had to go to the original location to get the moving blankets. So, the pickup process was inconvenient.

GEMMA KRepresentative at the location was knowledgeable and very pleasant, but we could smell marijuana smoke in the office so not sure if they just get high all day. The location was a little run down and everywhere we walked was muddy from the rain, so if they could get at least some pebble or rock in their location it would definitely help.

Daniel GThis is the 3rd time UHaul has jerked more around. Took 3 locations to get the truck, causing a major delay. Luckily the boots on the ground had the companies back.

Jim PTried to drop the trailer off the night prior to the drop off date but could not get the trailer off the ball of my truck. When dropping it off the next day, the nice attendant had to use a jack to get the trailer off. Location was not clean
