My experience was TERRIBLE!!!!! U-Haul is not organized or reliable. There must be some miscommunication somewhere with the employees because they were dropping the ball not only with me but also my mother who also reserved equipment and didn’t get what she requested either. First of all, they sent me to this unmarked building that was really not an actual U-Haul facility. I really didn’t feel safe there at all. I had reserved a dolly and when I got there the lady said all the dollies were given out the previous day. I couldn’t believe it. And then the lady that worked at the front desk was also trying to help me get my truck and car carrier (those items were at least available) and she didn’t know what she was doing. She started asking male customers to help. Come to find out after her failing to help me she ended up calling her boss or whoever it was and they said she wasn’t allowed to help with loading cars onto the carriers. Well, that information would have been beneficial to know when I got there and asked her if she could help me with that and she said yes. I ended up staying there for over 3 hours waiting for someone to come and help me load my car onto the car carrier, properly I might add, and make sure I was set. I had to reschedule my movers that were going to load up my truck for me. Threw my whole day off. I will never use U-Haul ever again!
