The person at this location was very helpful. But during the trip down, i noticed tire was not completely secure on the right side. Unfortunately, I didnt check the tires before I left this location in NY so im not sure if i started the trip with tire like this or if tire did this during the trip. I told Loydes rental about it when I dropped it off in NC
Lucia LU-haul quoted me a price and charged me a way higher price after the rental was complete with no transparency. I will lot use them again.
