The equipment was faulty and broke down in the middle of the road. Had to wait over 5 hours to have the issue resolved. Got a replacement and that had a broken strap which needed to be fixed. Staff were great throughout the process but the equipment needs to be checked better prior to rentals.

This was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. The truck broke on two seperate occassions and the staff was not helpful at all. CS and RSA were also horrible. I will not use UHAUL again,

I was charged a cleaning fee saying that the cabin was sandy and dirty. We did not go anywhere that causes our shoes to be sandy or dirty. If there was anything in the cabin that was already there. We went from storage facility and my home drive way straight to the new home’s drive way, stopping only at gas stations to get gas. When I called to dispute, I was told the supervisor would call back but I never received the call. I will report and dispute the charge with American Express, and leave a honest review on Google. The U haul pickup location told us to check the outside of truck, not cabin, and we did not mention anything about the condition. Whatever photo was uploaded, the dirty condition was not made by us, and we should not be charged for it. Horrible customer service and dishonest practice on the U haul’s part.

We used the trailer to transport a high school robotics team equipment to a competition. I did not discover that there was a hole in the roof of this enclosed trailer until after it rained and our toolboxes and and robot were wet the next morning. I don't think it is unreasonably to be upset that this expensive, delicate equipment was rained on while "sealed" inside an enclosed trailer and sitting still in the hotel parking lot. This has nothing to do with the operator of the location - he was great to work with.

We ordered a 10ft truck but we were told that wasn't available. We were given a 15 ft for the same price. Great Customer Service at this location and very close to home!
