Kristopher PHave the requested trailer ready for pickup at specified time. Was told to drive approximately 15 miles to another rental center, just to find out that the person running it didn’t show up. Had to return to the originally assigned center to pickup the “late” delivered trailer with the promise of $90 rate reduction for my inconvenience (fuel and time). Didn’t receive it? Why not?????
