Have the requested trailer ready for pickup at specified time. Was told to drive approximately 15 miles to another rental center, just to find out that the person running it didn’t show up. Had to return to the originally assigned center to pickup the “late” delivered trailer with the promise of $90 rate reduction for my inconvenience (fuel and time). Didn’t receive it? Why not?????

They did a great job
Phillip KThe U-Haul app is the worst thing ever. Especially if it is a mobile pickup. If this were after hours I would have been in a lot trouble. I rented a second truck and the app was just as bad but it was a different issue. Your support has a holier than thou attitude. Telling me everything I was doing incorrectly when in fact it was your app. I will look for alternate rental companies in the future. The local company was great but renting from U-Haul sucks.
