The online check-in took WAY too long especially since I had to take new photos of everything since the truck had damage not shown on the photos displayed. Also, scanning license and identify verification should have been done when I reserved, not standing in the hot parking lot.

15-ft reserved truck was not available to pick up. Had to get 10-ft instead. At return no receipt given even asked for mileage charge. Told to come back Monday.

My worst moving experience ever! The moving helpers were extremely slow, not strong enough and not experienced. The phone number provided by Uhaul as contact to the moving company is a personal number without voicemail. Uhaul should be more careful when using companies that can damage its reputation.

I wasn't planing to rent a uhaul for over $40 dollars. The van said $19.95. Also, real expensive gas at this location. It would be hard for me to go back and recommend this location to someone else.

The online rental process took far longer than a typical rental counter. I had to wait five minutes for your agent to approve my rental, and another five minutes waiting for the onsite guy to give me a key. That plus the time in the app taking photos, etc. exceeds the amount of time required for a traditional counter transaction. The only part of this you can control is the rental review/approval performed by your agent. Five minutes is too long to stare at my phone and wait for the web page to refresh.

I went in for a 8am reservation at 7:55. When I arrived there was a gentleman picking up already. They were having issues with card and authorization. After 25 min the gentleman left a $100 cash deposit instead. I had did an express check in the night before and put my card info and Driver’s license info as well. The guy asked me for all my info again and then when it came down to card authorization it wasn’t going through which showed that it was the same issue as gentleman before me and not our cards. The guy made me call some merchant line to authorize my card. Once it did and I had a code the system wasn’t working. I spent a full 55 min waiting there and trying to rent. Finally as an inconvenience I withdrew cash from the atm and did $100 cash deposit.

We were overcharged for a utility dolly which wasn't even at the vehicle and for the furniture pads which lock was already broken when we received it. Seems like truck was not inspected after its last rental, full of cigarette ashes, dirty. Also truck had almost no petrol in it.

I had to end up renting on my personal behalf instead of the company that I work for because the agent did not even tried to do the renting that way stating that it was impossible. The truck was really dirty and had marks all over. and three days after I haven't revived an invoice on my email.I will never rent form this location again.

The cashier she don't give good service we went to park the truck and his car was park in the space the truck have to suppose to park and she said it's not going to move his car we have to go and find and another area a park she very rude I don't recomend the place

They need to answer the phone and they need to attend to the customer instead of having the customer wait wait wait and have the person in the cashier who works at the gas station how to stop what they're doing and keep calling them to come to the front which it takes almost forever

Do not change a customers reservation and add stuff on without discussing with the customer first. Thats stealing from a customer.

You can’t check in online so the process is slow. When you get there there is a line. It took me 45 minutes just to get into a truck. The charge per mile is ridiculous. I won’t ever do this again unless it’s an emergency.

Hi the owner charger me two fees that i didn't agree to and he promised to repay me for those fees once i returned the truck.the truck was returned that same day with gas and i didnt receive my money back and whenever i call to speak to him or anyone they are not there.he charged me for insurance when i said no i don't need it and he also charged me a rental charge which was not on your website when i requested the vehicle..he said he would return the money and has not.i don't have alot of money and i just moved and i cant afford those additional fees plus he said he would pay me back please help.im on the phone with customer service for 6 mins and haven't been able to speak to anyone about this issue.

Service great. Great van, BUT they OVERCHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY. Please help me out on this. I took it out 8/24 at 10am and returned it at 4pm SAME DAY. Please follow up for me. I marked "poor" only because I believed that this would get your attention, though service was actually EXCELLENT - really nice people. Best regards Stephen Wheelock
