a few things went wrong here: 1. I arranged for after hours pick up, but the key wasn't left in the box. 2. I called u-haul for help, but all they could do was refer me to another location that was too far for me to make it on time. 3. I came back the next morning to get the van, when I tried to explain what happened the first guy didn't seem to care or understand, and kept telling me that yeah I could drop the key off after hours. maybe it was a language issue? 4. due to the inconvenience, I figured good customer service would be to offer a free dolly rental. they couldn't, and blamed the system. 5. I figured I'd rent the dolly anyway, but this location only had one and it was the wrong shape. 6. when I finally got my key, I couldn't leave because some truck had the van blocked in. I asked if I could just take the other van that wasn't blocked in, but they said that was booked for someone else and the system wouldn't let them change it. 7. eventually they found the driver of the truck and had him move, but only after more of my time had been wasted. 8. the interior of the van's storage area was filthy, lots of dirt and debris. I complained to u-haul and they gave me a $50 dollar credit. While this helps, I wouldn't have picked this service to save $50, and would've rather paid more to get the van when I needed it. This location is a liability to the u-haul brand, the next time I moved I'll be looking at competitors. They seem to use the franchise arrangement as a means to blame a system for their own shortcomings.

Rafael BRenting a UHaul cargo van from this location was extremely easy and convenient. Customer service was wonderful and speedy. The van was spacious, well maintained and simple to operate. I highly recommend this business for your moving needs.
Tonia RTook an hour to get my truck at this location. Was told after 25 minutes they didn't have my reserved truck and to call Uhaul. After a 10 minute uhaul call, i was told to go back inside and they had my truck, after another 25 minutes i had my truck. Truck had trash in it, tire pressure warning lights, and check engine light the entire length of rental. Worst Uhaul location I've ever used.
