The truck requires engine or power train maintenance, or both. The truck was provided to me on empty. The clerk requested that her supervisor allow her to fill the tank. He refused; I had to add fuel which then gave the next person less than a quarter of a tank. The check-in process took over an hour. The clerk handling the check-in process did a great job maintaining communication.
