The location was easy and close to my home for pickup. I rated the overall experience low as the truck was not cleaned, smelled of smoke, and battery died twice during usage. Also the Chicago 1 location did not have enough pads to fulfill my order of 36. I only received 18 - what the gentleman had in his store. I fault the Chicago regional center for changing the original location, not providing the right number of pads, and maintaining the health of the vehicle. I am expecting a solid reimbursement since Uhaul Chicago did not come close to brand standards for the price I was charged.

Christian BNot a good location and not good customer service. The attendant was a little shady and tried to lie about the quantity of blankets I received and did not have accessories available. Not clean and not someplace I would go back to.
