Easy. Clean. Check engine light was on in the truck but we didn’t have any issues.

An African American employee with a small white car pulled into the parking lot at 8:15 in the morning before the uHaul opened at 9; while I was unhooking the trailer in a designated spot next to another trailer. This employee lowered his car window and started screaming at me “I don’t want that trailer there; move the trailer”. The employee then parked their white car in front of the uHaul store and walked in. The employee never identified himself and it’ was good the employee never exited their car while he was yelling at me. He was very threatening and as a 30 year veteran of the United States Army this employee was close to getting some training on combat operations. This is no joke.

Take cash not just card with valid id&&&&& make the place warmer where the customers go it was freezing !!!! We love the old guy who loaded the U-Haul up !!!!

Had some issue with taking photos in the app but customer service chat help me with that. Chilli pond where I picked up the truck were professional and very knowledgeable. I will use this location agin.

The location was great. My experience in general with UHaul was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. The customer service person who called me when I asked a question was, in my customer service experience, the worse I’ve dealt with or even ever supervised. It’s never ok to not identify yourself or hang up on a customer. Additionally, I selected to do a phone pick up but had to go inside the establishment. I ordered a dolly just to realize that the truck I had did not have a ramp, therefore I paid for a rental piece that I could not use.

The truck was dirty and the steering wheel was sticky I had to clean what my hands had to touch But besides that U-Haul was great.

The first box truck we originally were supposed to have rented the check engine light was on and it was running very rough. They didn’t have another box truck of the same size but did call all around and found one a little bit bigger so we had to drive to that location. I was charged at the first location… which was fine but the 2nd location tried to charge me again, we got it straight but I will say the 2nd box truck was in great shape. The next day when I was picking up the tow dolly they tried to charge me again at the first location… which I had paid the day before and had to prove it. Other than that the people were nice and tried to help s as much as they could for everything else

Truck dirty, windshield very dirty, dirty truck.The transgender host guy as girl is unacceptable and will never rent from U-hual because of it. Guy with pink hair but acts as girl…… what the F. Hire other. Again will never rent from U-haul again, get the transgender shit gone. Penskey rent sound good. The boy/girl did not even direct me to the truck.

Staff was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, accomodating, and extremely patient (trying to rent while wrangling 4 kids). Very happy with the interaction and service.

Better checkin/out service. Process was not smooth. Staff not helpful pr accirate. Staff member ricking baby at desk and not apparently having rime to give accurate info re: return was problematic.

Make sure that the equipment is up to standards. Things could look good but when you inspect closely they aren’t. Closer and better inspections of equipment would make the service much better.

Please ensure the fuel is full before issuing to customer. I was in a hurry and didn’t realize until leaving the parking lot that the fuel was on 1/4 tank. I only traveled 20 miles, so it was still on 1/4 tank when I returned that evening. I didn’t want to spend the money filling up to full when I wasn’t the one who used all the gas. When I returned to u-haul there was no associate to explain the issue to in hopes I wasn’t going to get charged. I took photos of the dashboard readings showing odometer and gas level before (once I realized) and after returning for comparison. I placed the keys in the drop box and left.

I filled the gas tank to 9/16 full to match the amount I started with. The gas station was 1/2 mile from my u-haul drop off. I was charged $11 for 2 gallons. I will advise everyone that I was robbed by u-haul.

I wasn't given professional options on trucks I got a truck with no equipment in it also no ramp to move my furniture I wasted my money and time have to rent another I was not even greeted with good customer service the sales person has a dry approach to african Americans.

Great customer service! There was a minor discrepancy in the billing, but it was quickly fixed, and even an unexpected discount applied. I will look to this location for all my U-Haul needs.

The picking up truck process. I signed up for mobile pick up. The steps to pick up truck took forever to process, had to confirm pick 3 times before it let me continue. App never gave me to code to pick up the keys in the box. Call the uhaul line and was transferred twice and waited on hold each time. They told me I had to go inside to get the key, where there was no one at the desk for 10 mins. Then proceed to say the key was actually outside to begin with. Took me 45 mins to actually get the truck and pull of of lot...

The vehicle had a very strong foul. It was very bad. My husband and I both had to step out of the truck and spray it down with disinfectant. The back part had not been cleaned as well. Leaves and debris were on the truck's floor. It was absolutely disgusting.

GREAT experience - from making the reservation in person to being greeted by a REALLY nice & accommodating gentleman in the parking lot on our return the next day. I was very impressed with the customer service and efficiency from both!! Would highly recommend this location.

Nothing, I won’t be using U-Haul in the future, I was quoted for one price (strict budget) an it went to the hundreds. The pulley price was reasonable the truck wasn’t. Thanks, but I won’t be using U-Haul in any future moves.

I have rented the same trailer twice in the last week, both times the staff was helpful, courtious, and made the rental easy. I surely would, and have rented from them again.

Have pride in the equipment that put out. Pick up truck was awful in my opinion. It was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I had to ride with the window down because the smells makes a non smoker want to gag. at least one or more tires were unsafe. left front was nearing its tire wear indicator and had a screw stuck in the tread. I didnt bother to look at the rest as I was only using it for less than 30 miles. The knobs on the radio were either missing or broken. The absolute worst part is receiving a vehicle with less than quarter tank of gasoline. Most of these items do not even take that much time to fix either. Work needs to be done.

I was really frustrated trying to find the entrance to u-haul. The sign was like a post-it note size below the no parking sign. The bldg is for hockey club members and when they are standing around outside and in front of the sign the u-haul sign is not visible. The manager was very accommodating and understanding. This was my first time at this location and I was on a time crunch.

The app was not workinc. It took be a long time to be able to reach someone on the telephone. After reaching someone on the telephone and getting everything squared away the code was not correct. The second coat gave us a run for our money getting in the lock. Long story short nothing went easy with this transaction.

We have dropped off at this location three times in three months and this location experience has been different each time. During the Summer there were alot of students working the desk and really unsure how to handle returns so for our first two dropoffs, matters were chaotic. This location is also and IceRink and sports hockey center so during summer that traffic adds to the chaos. Our final drop off fell at the end of summer and we received excellent service, quick return assistance and a receipt for return right on the spot with no chaos and no waiting. It all depends on when you go .
