Had to pay for a truck and trailer separately so they tried to take my combo rate away, made me pay separate insurance (which made it double), only gave me 3/4 of a tank of gas and you try only filling up a uhaul tank right to 3/4ths, so I had to fill it all the way up. Finally, when I go to return the truck and trailer I am at the EXACT location emailed to me to drop it off and the guy says, no you gotta take it 5 miles this way, I take it there and the guy says I was supposed to drop it off over at the first place, the drop off centers were having a pissing match and making it my problem. Thankfully, the guy at the second place just took care of it for me. Absolutely the worst experience I've had in the entire moving process which is saying A LOT.ALEXANDERWILLIAM G.

If you choose to keep this satellite location please MANDATE that there should be some signage; LARGE letters on the building which would show the physical address (you know 1416) on the exterior of the Skating arena. Or maybe what do you think â€œSome permanent signage saying U-Haulâ€!!!Robert C.

We had an agreement with U-Haul to go 100 miles out of our way to pick up and deliver a U Box. That whole deal was a fiasco as the load we were to tow was not at the pick up point. Now filing a claim.RONALD B.

Initial difficulties in locating due unexpectedly finding the office was actually located in an ice skating rink. They had only been open a few weeks and o signage up. People were extremely helpful and courteous.Jerry L.
Charged for a dolly that I was unable to use. It was rented the day before although it was on my reservation. I was told by the associate Chris Willis it would be adjusted and it was not. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable being that the uhaul program was new at this location. Took almost 30 mins at pickup. Definitely will chose another location next time.SHAKAYLAELAINE J.
