There is no one to help load the trailer. I needed an adapter so had to drive to an auto parts store which was 10 miles away with no working lights. That location should be an drop off only not a pick up spot very very unhappy.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent service
Tarsha MI am used to having someone come out to review the vehicle and verify information. This technology takes away from the customer service. I had to use my phone three times because it keep erasing the pictures and it still not upload correctly.
LESLIE SThis location rents U-HAUL equipment as a secondary business and has limited inventory. Rentals are quick and easy if they have what you need.
