I am used to having someone come out to review the vehicle and verify information. This technology takes away from the customer service. I had to use my phone three times because it keep erasing the pictures and it still not upload correctly.

DONALD SEmployee was nice and said he would put in a dispute for my equipment, but I haven’t seen it yet.
Brennan AThey didnt have tge dolly i requested. Then they made me wait as they dealt with ice skating customers. The trucks door was faulty - the ramp would go doen but would not click back into place and on the last load the doors lock wouldn't close all the way plus it was super rusted and hard to swi g open. Horrible.
