The picking up truck process. I signed up for mobile pick up. The steps to pick up truck took forever to process, had to confirm pick 3 times before it let me continue. App never gave me to code to pick up the keys in the box. Call the uhaul line and was transferred twice and waited on hold each time. They told me I had to go inside to get the key, where there was no one at the desk for 10 mins. Then proceed to say the key was actually outside to begin with. Benjamin SHave pride in the equipment that put out. Pick up truck was awful in my opinion. It was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I had to ride with the window down because the smells makes a non smoker want to gag. at least one or more tires were unsafe. left front was nearing its tire wear indicator and had a screw stuck in the tread. I didnt bother to look at the rest as I was only using it for less than 30 miles. The knobs on the radio were either missing or broken. The absolute worst part is receiving a vehicle with less than quarter tank of gasoline. Most of these items do not even take that much time to fix either. Work needs to be done.

Brian TI was really frustrated trying to find the entrance to u-haul. The sign was like a post-it note size below the no parking sign. The bldg is for hockey club members and when they are standing around outside and in front of the sign the u-haul sign is not visible. The manager was very accommodating and understanding. This was my first time at this location and I was on a time crunch.

Betty JWe have dropped off at this location three times in three months and this location experience has been different each time. During the Summer there were alot of students working the desk and really unsure how to handle returns so for our first two dropoffs, matters were chaotic. This location is also and IceRink and sports hockey center so during summer that traffic adds to the chaos. Our final drop off fell at the end of summer and we received excellent service, quick return assistance and a receipt for return right on the spot with no chaos and no waiting. It all depends on when you go .

ANDREA OI received so many emails and texts from Uhaul I quit looking at them. It turns out the drop off location changed notification was in one text. I dropped the trailer at the original assigned drop off location and it was accepted but not recorded. I turned the trailer in a day early but was charged a day late fee as I dropped it in the wrong previously assigned location. Penske is looking better all the time.

Ashley TI would not recommend this location to anyone. The uHaul representative didn’t come out to hook up the trailer for 20 min and when it was time, he didn’t have the right tools or the capability to lift the trailer to hook it up.
