AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST! This owner has very poor customer service and is dishonest. We had a one way rental from South FL on a Saturday, so we did not return the truck until nighttime the same day, around 9:30pm. This is a remote site - no personnel on site at any time. It is a dirt area (not paved) that is so poorly lit at night that you can trip over the trailer hitches because you can't see them very well in some areas. We could not find the lockbox because it was behind a trailer, with a high hedge on the other side - in total darkness. The ground is very uneven, with a ditch around it, so it is not safe to walk around at night. There are some signs with a phone number to call for assistance (but no signs pointing to the lockbox location), stating your phone call with be returned promptly, but don't believe it. We called a few times and finally left a message, but our call was never returned. My husband finally called him the next morning and asked where to leave the key, and the owner got smart with my husband and said "the same place you picked it up". My husband told him no, it was a one-way rental and we could not find anywhere to put the key. He told my husband where to find the lockbox and we had the key in the lockbox within 15 minutes. When we got the bill, he reported that we didn't return the truck until Monday morning, adding an extra day to the rental. We disputed the extra charges.

HARRY BThis location was self serve with no attendant on duty. I did not feel comfortable hooking the trailer up by myself and just driving away. I did talk to someone on the phone who was very professional and knowledgeable, but I would much rather deal person to person for my rental needs.

Dennis SThe area looks sketchy at night. But the saddest thing is there was a TON of broken glass in the rear cargo area of the truck that I rented. So clearly no one pays attention or cares about the safety of other people and their property.
Stephen BLack of human contact , I'm not used to. I'm old school. So everything on line was different. But all else was good. Notified the person on the phone the truck pulled to the right. Over the years I've used many uhauls.
neil jWhen you pull in look for a lot of U-Haul trucks and trailers there is no office . Everything is done by phone . Call the number on the sign . The person I delt with was very nice and professional had me out of there in twenty minutes .

WILLIAM NCheck engine light was on and I called about using the other truck that was at that location. They said the other one was for local business and that I could call U haul if I had trouble on the road. Not very reassuring and not customer friendly!
Mitchell KWe chose to pick up before and drop off after hours. You enter on a dirt road and the trucks are at the end. The process to pick up before hours is a long one via the app on your phone and not one that I would do again. When we returned the truck, there was barely any room to park our 26' truck because other people just parked where it was easy and not considering who may have to come later. Since we never saw a human I believe that is part of the issue. There is no-one around to see where people are parking or moving trucks around to accomodate the issues I've listed.

RICHARD GIt’s an empty field. Website said they were open. There is nothing but a field and a random post in the middle of nowhere.
Michael HThe owner was dismissive, unhelpful and refused to return any calls, especially as she was ill-prepared for my reservation that was made a week in advance. The moved the pickup location, they refused to supply the hand truck I ordered with the reservation. The office opened at 9am so I was told to use the mobile app. The app was a joke. All my information was updated the day prior to avoid issues and yet the app "could not find" my name, my driver's license and would not give me the lock box code I was told it would supply. The owner of Choice said she would be available before 9am if there is an app issue. I called a few times, no answer. The van was left with 1/8 tank of gas and corporate had to step in. Choice Auction is NOT the place to go for a rental. They had 2 trucks in the entire lot and 1 sad little car trailer. She bragged the day before about being the owner of 10 locations. I would avoid them all. I'm still waiting on the refund for the gas that I was promised if I fill the tank too much. Very Poor Service.
thomas dUnmanned Location. Upon ordering Asked to have Representative Hook up this Call Hauler trailer with surge brakes to my jeep Grand Cherokee. Showed up right on time. Set me up and I was off. Trailer pulled perfectly to my destination about 150 Miles away. Hardly knew it was behind me. The brakes were so good when I pushed the brake it was as if nothing was behind me. Coming home empty no bounce it was like nothing was attached to the car. GREAT CAR HAULER AND GOOD HELP.
Richard SI confirmed a 20 foot van . On the day of the rental U-Haul changed the location to an inconvenient alternate location much father away. So then I had to change my reservation to pickup a small van and I had to do twice the mileage.
COLIN JMore specific instructions once pulling on to the lot would help . Just a “ call this number for Uhaul” There are sign but they are also for another business at the location .

Daniel CJust a pick up drop off location, you have to check in everything in/out yourself and doesn't save the customer any money, pay the same rate as a facility with actual people and you can get the extras that one may need.

Norman MI can't rate it. I picked up the rental in a lot at the end of a really rough driveway. I had to call a phone number and be guided to the truck. It isn't a "location", just a phone, and lock box in a field.

Thomas T100% dirt & gravel junkyard looking place. A disgrace to the name U-haul. Even after explaining the situation via my fee dispute after dropping off the truck, the guy still charged me for additional mileage which I was incorrectly quoted for. Again, shows me how unfair & dishonest U-haul is. I will never use U-haul again.

Robert LDon't know why i was charged for extra miles? Rental pickup location was 5-10 miles from location, and drop off location is less than a mile. I got charged for extra miles. Doesn't make sense.
Richard SConsidering I had issues with the pick-up of the U-Haul - I had to change my drop-off location from Wilton Manors to Palm City. I was told by this drop off location to call because Ican be charged dropping it off at another location without U-Haul knowing. I called the Wilton Manors location to mention 3 to 4 times that I needed to change my drop off location which she asked me each time what did I need as I repeated over. Hung up on her - called back, got the next customer service rep and she heard me fine when I told her I needed to change my drop off location. She had it done in one time me mentioning it but she did have a attitude.

ARTHUR BThe drop off location is an unpaved road leading to an unmanned parking lot. I did call the number on the contact and the lady was very friendly and helpful!
Chris GIt is off of a dirt road but there are many signs pointing you to the lot. It was very well maintained and easy to park.

Ali AThe moving blankets were unsealed and spread out on the cargo area. I left them folded and stacked Alison return. The moving dolly seal was also missing when I first entered the cargo area at location of the move. I worry I may be charged for either or both when I did not need to use.
MARK Jit was just a bit confusing that when you pull up no one from Uhaul is actually on site, you have to call a number and wait for a call back.

merry struck was not ready when we arrived and then had to drive to another location 20 minutes farther away from where we were headed. A total waste of time. There were other UHauls closer but they would not allow us to use.

Roberto HIt’s a mowed lot in the middle of a field. You have to drive on a road that is just the lawn and filled with deep holes. I have a small hatchback and bottomed out a couple times
