Equipment was left sitting outside, without a cover overhead. I had requested a hand cart dolly and 2 furniture dollies. I was only able to get the hand cart dolly, and was told the others were on the truck (which they were not). It's a minor issue, but it made moving A LOT harder without them. Otherwise, my problem was more with the app, and not the Choice Auction location.

This franchise owner is not on property does not check vehicles in etc.. It’s a dirt road with lockboxes at the end of it. Once I did finally reach someone after calling 19 times he told me to read the miles in the truck I was getting to him and if the gas tank was full over the phone, I guess that’s one way to keep your overhead cost down and make the money. I will never use this location again
Bonnie SWhen i originally made the reservation I got a dolly, furniture dolly, and pads. When I went to check in the night before the extra equipment wasn’t on the reservation so I had to add it back and it wasn’t with the trick the next morning. No fault of the location but I think an issue with the app. The mobile check in was easy and the staff at the location where I went to pick up the dolly’s was really helpful and friendly.
