There was no seal/zip tie on the hand truck. And there were no moving blankets in the truck. Bag was empty.

Robert CEquipment is old and needs repaired, I needed a trailer with a flat floor. This one was defective, it has a bulge in the floor above the axles which made it unusable for what I needed. Then I was overcharged by 1 day. This was a total waste of money for me as I had to find another trailer to use/
