EDWARD MTo be honest, I rented from this company before however this time it was a remote rental process. I’ve been charged through four different amounts on my debiit card. Causing the bank to pause the account because of possible fraud on top of it. I am being overcharged for gas when in reality I f pumped gas back to where it was originally. There was also a discrepancy on the mileage on the truck. I did take a picture, but on the picture the gas level was not 100% clear so they refuse to refund me the extra charge, but they do recognize that they were charging me one extra mile. I also have to say that Beth is a bit rude and condescending in the manner in which she conducts herself in conversation with customers. I will be submitting a dispute with my bank in regards to this charge not super happy with the service, although the truck was as expected.
