The app was a pain to use and figure out. I felt I was doing the work for Uhaul
Ronald BLocation is okay. Trailers do not have a trailer jack, so if you can’t pick up the trailer on your own, out of luck.
Mark EI have called multiple times and left message after message and even sent an email with no response. They charged me 66 dollars for fuel that they claim was at 1/4 of tank. Which is not true. I have pictures of fuel gauge and mileage of return. Truck had 3/4 tank when I rented it and I drove 22 miles. No way a 10 ft truck uses a half a tank of fuel for 20 miles. I really just would love to talk to someone about this. Piss poor service and very dishonest. What has happened to U-Haul. I have used them always when I needed a moving truck. Never have I had a bad experience. Need to shut this location down.
Rodger MLocated down a dirt road, no supervision Vehicles parked wherever they can find the spot. Very difficult to maneuver. We were very disappointed in the location.
