The best experience ever
FRANCISCO BNo person on sight. You had to check in vehicle. I prefer face to face contact. But I will say the 24hr drop is nice.

Charles BWhen I got my bill she typed 33 instead of 3 mi when I called her she blamed it on me saying that she sent an email with a link which I never got cuz I checked after I spoke to her and told me to call corporate that it was their fault I called corporate corporate said it's somebody at their company keeps trying to charge you the wrong amount they have put through three different charges for amounts that don't even add up at all I would tell you to stay away from this location and Choice auction. They have taken the money out of my account though and I am waiting to get my money back. I only drove 3 miles I used it for an hour and a half and it has turned into a nightmare Beth at choice auction was who I spoke to she was not willing to take responsibility and be apologetic instead she wanted to tell me that it's my fault because I didn't check the mileage and the gas from a link that she sent me which I never received!
Stephanie AThe trailer was filled up with a fair amount of dirt, leaves, concrete, fragments, and some garbage. Since I was moving a golf cart, it didn’t make any difference to me, but if you’re moving furniture or something like that, you probably would want to pressure spray, or bring a sturdy broom to the trailer before loading it with your stuff. The process of renting it all over the phone was different, but it actually was quite easy and the process was quick and painless.

Robert DIt should be marked that it is self service. I would go somewhere else. I injured my arm trying to get the trailer off. Atleast leave equipment to help with the process.
Walter RWe have seasonal really bad traffic right now. And it delayed me for returning the trailer on time. I can understand if you did not have any other trailers available available why I was charged an extra day. However, 5% an hour would be much kinder. Instead of a whole day.

Connor MFirst thing I had to lead trailer my self . Second the light didn’t work on trailer. Took trailer to auto zone to test my vehicle and trailer found problem with trailer wire harness extension . Had to buy an extension to make lights work . Really was discouraged I could rent a dally to tow my car from . I’m a master mechanic and could have disconnect my drive shaft to use the dally but was told I couldn’t tow because it was rear wheel drive . I will not conduct rental from this location since it’s only a self rental on line and not in person to have squirming checked by your employees first . The major inconvenience it costed me time and extra money to be able to tow in safety conditions . If some one with less experienced in towing and auto experience would have gotten a ticket .

Michael MThe drop off location was unattended, no one informed that it was only a parking lot. I was no able to get a received. They charge $30 extra of my contract. I had 200 miles, I did 190 miles, I leave the gas exactly like I. Received 1/2 tank, and I am not satisfied with the extra charge. It was guarantee total charges $214.97. And they charge to my card $244.97. I am not satisfied about it.

Johnnie PThe location was changed after I booked. The link to upload my license and another to take picture of dash did not work. I was over 1:15 minutes late to get this truck to my helpers for a personal move. Our move was to another city and I had to arrange a ride from my wife since the location was changed. She drove my daughter's van and after fuel and the flat tire, which had to be replaced and for which my wife was unprepared, and the alignment due to having to drive on the flat to a safe place,my total extra costs were $523 and alot of time and agravation..
J DI had to hook up and then take the hitch off by myself in the middle of a heat wave. I am thinking about getting an attorney for pulling out my back and then ruining my car jack to get the frigging thing off.

jeff hI would’ve like to know that I had to take pictures of the inside outside before I left because I put my keys in and then I went to finish out the credit card thing and then it asked for pictures after the credit card. I felt like once I got to the credit card it was over. It should’ve asked for the pictures at the very beginning and said hey, you need to take the following pictures.
tracy pNo one there. I arrived at 3:50 pm. Hours were supposed to be open until 6:00 pm.
Don BThe person that runs the rental counter was not there. They did not answer any of the 3 phone numbers on the door. If they are not going to be there, picking up at the counter shouldn’t even be an option for this location. I had to call customer service and wait to be switched to online pick up. The woman I talked to was nice enough to change my pick up time to accommodate for the time lost from my rental pick up waiting for the person/switching to online pick up. From there- the UHaul pick up and drop off experience was easy. I will use UHaul again, only using online pick up.

Richard MI did not have a problem with the people at either the pick up or the drop off locations . The problem I experienced was that I was suppose to drop the Trailer off at a location near my home as per the contract when I signed the agreement. When I arrived at that location I was informed by the women there that they were on the do not drop list and they could not take my rental back. She informed me that I should call the 800 number to find off where I could drop the Trailer off. After over one hour on the phone and speaking to representatives with several departments the best that anyone could do was tell me that I had to drive over 50 minutes to the next nearest location accepting returns. Several times when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and thrown back in the que.This was totally unacceptable and I will be seeking compensation for breech of contract. I wasted almost three hours returning a Trailer that should have taken 20 minutes.

GARY EThey lost their hours of operation, but are never there. I requested an appliance dolly on my order and it was not in the truck, so had to Easter more of my time going to Home Depot to get one and then charged the mileage to drive to pick up the dolly then return it to Home Depot.

DAGEL RThere was no one on site no real directions Called the number they said they got the truck loged in as returned but an hour later I received a text asking why I was late and to check in So it was kind of weird no one was there at 3:30

Yesterday I had a guy that help a lot , ( customer service) otherwise I think I couldn’t take the truck on time, the guy save me. Plz you guys , put my DL on file like you put my credit card. Thanks!
