The staff person I spoke to by phone prior to drop-off was very helpful. We dropped our rental off after hours, and they key box was clearly visible by the business's door. The only thing I didn't like is that I was supposed to check it back in online to avoid a $20 after-hours fee. I thought this was a bit unfair. Uhaul should realize that not everybody carries a phone around all the time, and because all our stuff was packed because of the move, I had no access to my computer to access the internet.
ANDREA LWanted a utility dolly to use during move. The store said it would be in the truck when I picked it up and it was not. Thank God my neighbor had one!
