Great customer service
Randal BNo issues with the rental company but my issues is with uhaul it’s self.. we rented a uhaul from a different location and on the morning we were to pick it up we were told it wasn’t available and the only thing they had available was a smaller size but we had to drive the opposite location to get it. Because of uhauls mix up we ended up needing more trips and driving more miles so we were charged more. Plus I asked not to get the $15 coverage and was charged for it anyway so what should have been a $79 trip ended up costing me over $130. Very disappointing!
LACON CThere was some dirt in the hauler. But we swept it out . No big deal .
