MIRIAM TMaintain your vehicles. I was given a truck with a hole in the gas tank. It smelled of gas and the location manager said “don’t worry it’s fine. We just won’t charge you for the extra gas “.
JOSEPH LDrive 13 miles, replaced gas used, they charged me for four gallons of gas. There’s no way we used four gallons of gas for 13 miles. This location is ran by scammers trying to make extra money and I will not tolerate it. Refuses to call me back regarding this after two phone calls for two days.

Philip JEmployee was fine. Van had a cigarette butt in the door handle and the van reeked of smoke. Gas tank only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas.

GLENN KThis was not the location I was told to drop off the vehicle at. My contract stated to drop off at: 1125 Jupiter Park Dr. Jupiter, FL 33458. I dropped off the vehicle on September 5th at 7:13pm. I called on Monday, September 8th at 4:40pm to ensure they received the vehicle and processed the return. I was told it will be done, and I would receive a receipt by email. One week later, I receive a bill for over $600 on overage charges. I have documentation on all this and will pursue a claim if this situation is not corrected.
JOHN GThe manager had a rotten attitude on the phone. I requested a refund since I had to cancel my move unexpectedly after approximately an hour it left the lot. Put $40 worth of gas in it and got as far as I-95. She actually said “we don’t know if you moved or not”. Checked it in late and no refunds even though it wasn’t used for 80 miles. “Read your contract”. If she wasn’t just straight up rude, I may not be so upset but she sounded angry at the world for my asking, since the nice man that checked us in told us to. Use another location unless you like paying $155 for an hour and giving them $40 in gas!

ARTHUR JI rented a 10' box truck at a different location 3 days earlier but changed to this location, also for a 10' box truck and dolly. Yes or No to clean/well maintained isn't really fair for the age/mileage/usage(more gray than a black or white answer). Both trucks did the job for my purpose. My disappointment with U-Haul policy is bring truck back with the same level of fuel. 1st truck buried on E with yellow low fuel light lit- pretty obvious they did not enforce that policy, 2nd truck 1/2 full. The empty truck was literally located at a convenient store/gas station-are you kidding me?? Dumb policy from customer stand point. U-Haul would need to provide the fuel rate consumption for each vehicle, before returning you would need to divide the number of miles driven by fuel rate-they of course do not so you need to guess. More often than not, you will overfill slightly or more. If you start empty, before you even begin your move-you need to find gas station/guess how much you will use and you better not be short of fuel because you will run out. Alternatively, start full, return full-no inconvenience or guessing.

MICHAEL SI am very disappointed with this experience,. We have used U-Haul many times , for the past four years we have rented a van twice a year for moving our son to and from college. we always have gotten our van from the uhaul at Babhazara grocery. 1308 SE federal Highway. The owner has always been nice to us and has gone out of his way for us, so e are loyal to him. . He is also open at 7 am when we need to get the van and load it up to make the move-in and move-out times for his university. I made the reservation and everything went thru. The next day they changes the reservation to Choice Furniture at 9 am . I called customer service and told them what had happened. They changed the reservation back for me. Two days prior to moving they changed it again to Choice Furniture at 9 am. I called customer service and told them that we felt loyal to Babhazara and that they were open at 7 am. The customer service person changed it back , He did tell me i had to go to Choice Furniture because the other store did not have any and he changed the pick up at 7am. I double checked and it was ok. When my husband and son went to get the van the business was closed and when my husband called they gave him the run a round and told him to come back at 9 am. at 9 am the person at the uhaul l told him that the keys had been placed in the lock box so he could get the van at 7 am. no one told us. My son was also late for his move-in at university. All in all it was a very bad experience for us .

MICHAEL HI have rented equipment from this location before, and I simply love it. The staff here is amazing and very professional. I normally rent equipment from U-Haul about five times per year and have tried many locations. This particular location is by far superior to all the others I have been to. The friendly and professional staff makes all the difference. In fact, I just made another reservation here for tomorrow. Great job!

DENISE SExcellent customer service. I rented a car hauler. Trailer pulls perfect and is very easy to operate. I would have rated this experience a 5 star but my particular hauler had a brake light that was not working. They should be inspected with the customer at time of pick up.

JOSEPH LTruck parked to close to other vehicles, inexperienced large truck driver would have swung into adjacent vehicle Truck had appliance dolly I didn’t want and cause lots of problems loading and rendered that portion of the truck useless Truck was not locked and the passenger window was open , under tree lots of bugs No backup camera Per mile is too high I will recommend Home Depot rental truck to anyone looking
