RYAN PLocation was switched last minute with very little notice. Customer at original location was EXTREMELY rude when called to asked about swith. New location one had one person working that made wait time really long. WORST experience

Nicholas WThe location was in a furniture store and not very convenient. The 6x12 trailer had a dented door that was very hard to close, the roof leaked and we had a tire blow out on I-10 in the pouring down rain, which was very scary. We sat on the side of the interstate for two hours until the service tech arrived and changed the tire, and one other that was not in good shape. Not a fun experience moving from South Florida to New Mexico.

STACEY RTo find the location it was very difficult. There was no access to the location by vehicle. It was located inside a furniture store. The area that you could leave your vehicle was closed off. Also the person that assisted us was rushing us as ahe said she needs to leave to another location in 15 minutes. The truck was dirty and we did not even know how to adjust the mirrors so I could drive the truck properly. The tire light kept going on and a message on the truck said tires need to be checked. I stopped at a gas station and put air in the tirrs but the light did not turn off. The cost was great but location and truck was not.

Ralph PEmployees of furniture store were very nice. But there was no one on property to assist in u haul. Had to make a call and lady told us what to do. We had to take pictures of several sides of u haul and use lock box for the key. We had to search property for our rental truck ourselves. Lady who was on the phone, who was telling us what to do was very rude. Then when returning the u haul there was another customer there doing the same. He also said he had a horrible experience w this location. Parking lot was not well lit so when returning after dark it was very hard to see and perform the tasks ourselves for return process. I feel like we did all the work for picking up and returning process. I will not use this location again

RALPH BBetter mechanic's inspection. The left rear tire had a leak, when filled to 80 psi, the morning was 65 psi and the last day 40 psi.

NICHOLAS CThe person who checked me in was efficient and precise. I enjoyed that. However, the cab of the truck had leftover food on the floor. The box itself was filthy. I had to sweep it out of what appeared to be bits of cement. The ramp itself had a big glob of cement right at the beginning of the ramp. It make it hard to roll furniture off.

KATHLEEN FThis is the absolute WORST U-Haul facility I have ever dealt with. It was virtually impossible to perform the on-line check in because the was zero light to take a picture of my driver's license with. After finally getting that to work, it was again impossible to see the lock box code and the numbers were so worn, it again was sheer luck it got the rust lock to even open. Dropping off the truck was just as much a pain as checking in as no one was around at 4:00pm in the afternoon. I rent from U-Haul at least 4 times per year and I will NEVER use this facility or refer anyone to them. You actually should be ashamed to have such a poor rental facility in your company

EARL Tthe situation could have been more organized. I wasn't advised when I signed up online that I would have to provide an additional $100 deposit upon picking up the vehicle. I didn't have enough money in my account and the vendors stated that they couldn't take cash so I had to leave to deposit money into my account and then come back. I also rented a dolly for moving and once I brought the truck to the home I realized the dolly was not included and had to make another trip back. clearly when moving it's a stressful situation for anyone and having to be interrupted and make this extra trips without any compensation is highly inconvenient. they also didn't do a walk-through of the truck prior to me taking possession which has been standard practice in the past when I have rented a truck. fortunately I didn't have any issues when returning the truck as I returned it in the condition that I received it if not better because I added extra fuel and hand cleaned the interior myself.

Juan Lthis continues to happen and is extremely frustrating - to rent a vehicle from one location and end up having to drive a further distance when the customer is paying mileage. Twice now, I've chosen the closest location and get a confirmation and then at the last minute get switched to a different location. The last rental was confirmed with the size truck we ordered but when we get there they said it was unavailable, sent us somewhere else that only had a larger vehicle that we had to pay extra for - not fair and not good customer service

MIRIAM TMaintain your vehicles. I was given a truck with a hole in the gas tank. It smelled of gas and the location manager said “don’t worry it’s fine. We just won’t charge you for the extra gas “.
JOSEPH LDrive 13 miles, replaced gas used, they charged me for four gallons of gas. There’s no way we used four gallons of gas for 13 miles. This location is ran by scammers trying to make extra money and I will not tolerate it. Refuses to call me back regarding this after two phone calls for two days.

Philip JEmployee was fine. Van had a cigarette butt in the door handle and the van reeked of smoke. Gas tank only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas.
