tracy hequipment was unsatisfactory, and the extra time spent while they changed the equipment order was not credited.
BARRY MPick up location was great, I wish I could say that about the Drop Off location in Stuart, FL - very confusing to where the trailer needed to be parked; could not find a U-Haul representative on site location; a small sign was posted directing me to go to the other side of the plaza to check in, with NO arrows or other signage directing me. I had to go into (3) furniture stores to eventually get one sales person to tell me the furniture store to go into - of course it was the last store. Once getting inside, the furniture sales person told me I needed to call a number to speak with a U-Haul Representative. I left a message on recorder, and did get a call back withing 5-min. - the Representative was very nice and helpful, but I spent over 40 min. to complete the drop off (walking around looking for U-Haul rep). Need better signage postings to direct U-Haul customer's exactly how to turn in their rental.
