The website said closes at 7pm. We got there at 6pm, and on window a phone number was provided; they closed way before the website hour states. The lady was rude and asking why we call her personal phone, it was provided at the window as a phone to contact. Not recommended location

Nubia CThis truck had mechanical issues when picked it up. But since we just needed it for a short time, we hoped it would be OK. However, when we were on our way to get gas and return the vehicle, it stopped running, and we were broke down on the side of the road for just under two hours until a tow service came. We never received a call from the U-Haul center apologizing for the mechanical failure of the truck, and they charge is just under six dollars per gallon to put fuel back in the truck when we could’ve purchased it ourselves for $3.50 per gallon. To me this is a fee they should’ve waived since we were stuck on the side of the road for two hours. I would never recommend using this location for U-Haul rentals. Th is U-Haul location still charged
Guy PFor multiple reasons, I specifically ask for barn doors on my 6 x 12 enclosed, they said they would have it when I got there. It was a rollup door, which caused me nothing but grief for two days..
