Only issue was it was confusing on which door to go to. 4 to pick from.
Andrew RA tire on the trailer was challenged by the customer as to its safe adequacy. It had a serious crack in the the trailer tire that was challenged it had a severe crack noted in the sidewall of of the tire and was confirmed as being in safe by the proprietor, and failed on the second day of our 3-day up the East Coast to New England. Although the tire was replaced by U-Haul on contract of charge , interruption to our trip amounted to approximately 3 hours. We had very long driving day planned and that did nothing but disrupt our confidence in the equipment and the dealer. The truck had many groans and aches and pains. It Performed outstandingly. I would use U-Haul again. I would not recommend the particular dealer.
charles gThe original trailer wasn't able to be secured properly & the location had no real signage orr any customer service. The 2nd location for the 2nd trailer had no visible signage whatsoever for the trailer office location making it a mystery as to where the office was located in this shopping center.The 2nd trailer the lights stopped halfway thru the trip due to faulty wiring. I was unable to hook up the trailer due to a medical condition & had to ask someone in the office to com out & hook up & disconnect the trailer.
David HI dropped it at Choice Furniture in Stuart FL and they were very helpful. I was able to drop it off at night with no issue. The app worked great for dropping the vehicle off. I will use U-Haul again.
