Make it easier for people to find the right building for dropping a truck off. Main door where big U-Haul sign was visible was not the right place - far from it. When calling the day before the female I spoke with seemed to be more interested in going home than helping customers calling with questions.
Jan FNo issues with the location or the people that assisted me. The truck was another issue. The knob on the AC is broken and would only stay on high. Each time I cranked the truck, it would really struggle to start. Either the Battery is about to go, or the alternator, or the starter. Thankfully, it was a local move. It I were driving long distance, I would've been very concerned.
