never went in the store, was greeted by a gentleman who quickly checked me in on his tablet and another gentleman unhooked the trailer

James HOne complaint I would have and its not the locations fault AT ALL, the truck was clean and worked wonderfully in fact I may buy one for my construction business.. When I got to the location to pick my payload I noticed cockroaches were living in the battery compartment under seats. I saw one crawl in there and opened it to check and there was a few crawling in there, again truck was clean and there would be no way for the location to know this but i assume whoever had the truck before me loaded it with roach infested belongings, I sprayed bug killer and I didnt see any afterwards, again the location was great, they made it easy and were very friendly and helpful, I would absolutely rent again from them, they clearly cleaned the truck completely and the interior and exterior were shining, there would be no way for them to know about the insects living under the battery covers so they deserve high grades because they were VERY proffesional and friendly, and the truck was SPOTLESS
Michael DCustomer service was excellent! U-Haul was very difficult to drive. Seemed like it struggled to accelerate and may have some transmission issues. Got the job done despite that. So I’m grateful for the overall experience.
