We specifically requested an in-person pick-up for our rental, but no one was staffed at the lot when we arrived. We attempted to call the listed number multiple times the day before and on the day of pick-up to ensure the final details, but no one answered or returned our calls. We were forced to proceed with the rental process via the mobile app without any preparation or support. The hours of operation are not relevant as no one is staffed at this location. While the vehicle was clean and appeared new, the vehicles were parked in tall grass (over a foot high) on a lot that was neither maintained nor monitored.
