Uhaul personnel were not at the office - according to a co-located vendor, they had gone out to pickup trucks. Therefore I was forced to drop the 12 furniture pads with the co-located vendor. Also the drop box was difficult to find. It is a large parking lot and the box is not co/located with the truck drop off area. The photo provided with the app instructions was lacking any references in the image to steet you to the box. Locals might have no problem because they are familiar with the location, but customers coming from out of town will struggle to find the office and box which are not obvious in the large parking area nor explained well in the app drop off instructions.

PHYLLIS JThe equipment I reserved 3 weeks prior was not available. I had to get a much smaller truck and I reserved an appliance dolly but they were all rented out even though I showed up early. I guess having a reservation means nothing.

ROBERT SAll of the equipment I rented was not available for me to use. I moved with no dolly, no pads, and no furniture dolly. The small side mirror is broken and has little pieces of tape with plus signs on it. I needed to move TODAY because I booked a pickup of furniture with my move! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul.

Drug dealing currently happening as I dropped this off. App would work right and the process was tedious. Barely any fuel in the tank when I picked it up. AC was not cold.
