The sign in window for working hours is blank. When I returned my vehicle at 2:30PM on a Thursday afternoon, the door was locked. Looking inside the window I saw a sign saying "will return in 5 minutes." He never did. I waited 30 minutes and. . . nothing. Tried calling the local number, which just rang. No ability to leave a voicemail. The 800-number said the wait to talk to a person would be >30 minutes. Recommend the office/location be open during regular working hours, or at least have a way to contact it. And post actual hours on the door, instead of blanks. Vehicle itself was fine.ANTONY H.

Truck I received was not safe to drive! Had an unacceptable experience with the 15' footer that had way too much â€œplayâ€ in the steering wheel!! It took all my strength just to keep the truck in its lane. Also, while driving, the check engine check light came on. Relayed these concerns to the Churchland U-Haul store. Suggested they not rent this vehicle until these problems were addressedâ€¦seriously. Seems the vehicle has not been regularly maintained (over 133,000 miles) and it showed with this experience! Will be a long time before I trust U-Haul servicing of their equipment again without thorough pre-inspection.EDDIE N.
The worst uhaul experience I have ever incountered. There was absolutely nothing about this place or the rental that I would ever rent from them again. There was a nail in the tire, no ac, dirty inside, broken mirror swinging in front of my face, no dolly that I paid for!!! Absolutely worst experience. This location might be convenient for some but this needs to be shut down if they can't properly ensure the vechiles are ready to go each and every time!!!!brittany F.
We were rushed to pick up our own trailer because the location was closing early due to no coverage with employees. Then when we went to drop off there was no one to take our equipment so we had to drop it off behind the building and hope that our dolly was not tampered with. Extremely unprofessionalsara L.
the truck itself was fine. the app and customer service times were aweful. App didn't like my phone, so pictures were near impossible to get. at checkin, was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes before getting a rep. At key dropoff, waited for a response on chat for 15 minutes before giving up (the rental locaton closed early, so I couldn't talk to them). Luckily everything seems to have worked out ok.Bruce F.

The truck I ended up renting was bigger than what I wanted. It turned out to be a huge gas hog, went 72 miles on 9 Gallons of gas! It started raining on our return back to Uhaul. My wife complained from the passenger seat, that the cab leaked, and got her shirt on her right arm wet. The stearing sucked, It was loose and misaligned. The Transmission sounded bad, but i don't know much about transmissions, it did run O.K. to get us to where we had to go and back.It had so many rattles we laughed at how much noise this truck makes while it is on the road. If this was my truck, I would have it in the shop to have it worked on.Thomas B.

The young guy who was there, seemingly alone was very unfriendly and condescending. He was not helpful at all and when I asked for clarifying directions, he grew impatient and flippantly spoke in complete exasperation that he would just do it himself. I returned the equipment two hours after I rented it. They had an sign saying they will return at 2 pm. It was 318, I came back at 530 to get my deepest back still no one. Plus some more people were there they couldn't conduct business. Bad business skills. I recommend this location due to its convenient location. The vehicle was not clean. The seats were dirty. But the vehicle worked fine and was very reliable. Cost of rental was fare.Julio M.
The location is convenient to me, but I can't really compare it to others because it's been many years since I used a UHAUL. Price is advertised as $19.99 but additional fees are pretty steep. I got the very basic services and it ended up costing me $149.Greg H.

Though the vehicle was clean, there were several items left from a previous customer. I had a lot of trouble with the online check-out process because of several technical problems, but finally got it done. The check-in process went much better.
