No issues with the location it's the website that I had problems with. This is the 2nd time I've tried using the mobile app to check out and check in equipment and have no luck with it working properly. I had to cancel my original reservation because the location closed early and that app was not working. Called and was told by an agent to make sure my location is on and that the internet connection was not good so this time I used a hotspot and made sure the location was on but still had to get assistance because the site would do a picture and then start the process back over. Rental due back at 9:30 pm got to the location about 9:20 pm and needless to say it was after 10 pm before speaking to someone to inform that the equipment was returned on time.

If you know the equipment needs maintenance or is defective, which was brought to my attention after the damge was already done, DO NOT RENT IT TO ANYONE until discrepancies are fixed. Also, why wasn't my money refunded immediately?

This rental was a disaster from start to finish; however, it is no reflection on either of these rental locations. When I rented the truck, I was given incorrect information, which necessitated multiple calls and a manager's intervention. I would NEVER recommend the Bromay St., Chesapeake, VA location to anyone. This was where I was first sent to pick up the truck. The woman there was extremely rude, and it necessitated another call back and 25 valuable minutes on the phone, and going to a second location to pick up the truck, which was closed. Fortunately, the owner was at his business, but let me know that this truck was supposed to be with him today for another rental. The cab of the truck leaked so badly that my son, who drove it, was soaked through to his underwear. His shirt was so wet, he had to ring it out. This wasn't from getting caught in the rain-- it was from driving the leaky truck! Fortunately, my mattresses and furniture did not get damaged, or I would be speaking to an attorney today. In midstream, my drop-off location and mileage were changed, and I didn't know that until en route from picking up the truck.

This was the third location we finally were able to get a promised truck. The man worked at a snails pace and made us wait for over 30 minutes while he checked out all the trucks on the lot in front of the building before he checked out the truck we were getting located behind the building.

Wear mask when turning key over to customer. There wasn't a padlock key included so that could have been a problem if we needed it.It turned out we didn't need it as we unloaded everything right away.

I think you need to improve your customer service. The mileage was not recorded properly. I paid an astronomical amount for mileage I did not use. I have a very bad experience!

I only dropped the trailer off. I didn't go inside at all. The employee was helpful and he came outside to provide me with a confirmation that I dropped the trailer off. I know it's not necessary, but I would have liked to have signed something indicating to me that the drop off was confirmed. I did get an email later saying that I had dropped it off
