The gentleman at the front desk, was horrible, slow and when I returned my vehicle the same day I rented it 11/3/18 I misread the gas gauge on the vehicle. I returned at a half a tank, he stated I returned the vehicle at a quarter of a tank. Additionally charged me excess mileage on my uhaul.

The seats were ripped. The headlight button was smashed in, so turning the lights on when it started raining was a no go. The truck smelt very musty. The window knobs on driver side was missing. I was very upset this rental, and I have rented from Churchland Movers many times.

It took over an hour to rent the trailer (computer/system issues. Then I was told the trailer is out back use the number on your contract and hook it up and use it. I am fully capable of hooking up the trailer but not all of your customers are.This location appears to be understaffed the woman working the counter could not have helped outside.

I must say that the man that worked behind the counter was extremely professional but the thing that would polish off his professionalism is a uniform. The female was a little sloppy as well but wow, what a difference a professional uniform or dress code could do. The worst thing about this location was the filthy adult novelty items for sale/rent right through the door behind the counter. It was clearly visible and this made the whole office loose every bit of professional touch it may have had before. It made the whole experience feel unclean.

The customer service experience from this location was good, the whole experience of renting a truck from U-Haul was TERRIBLE. I made a rsvr at a specific location for a specific size truck. I show up there at 7:30 AM and get told they do not have the truck or any truck, that my rsvr has been moved to a different location. I proceed to the new location (not even close to where I need the truck). I explain to new location personnel and they inform me that they have the rsvr but it is for a larger truck then I want/need. With no options I accept the truck. Turns out the truck A/C is not working, so after long day of loading truck I then get to drive with windows down. I will say the Scheduler for the area was very helpful in that she reduced the mileage from .99 to .69 due to the distance I had to travel just to get the truck and return it. Overall lousy experience, will consider another rental agency next time.....

The trucks that I normally get is in good standing. The most recent truck that I used needs a little TLC ( tender loving care). I had to ask the attend why the back of the truck was so dirty. She did clean it out which was good. I accidentally turn on windshield wipers, they were such bad condition that they were falling off. If it was raining and I needed to use them, there would have been problems. This is a huge safety concern for me, because they were dangling like they were.
