The first location chosen was not open on the weekend nor did the app work in order to leave the truck there--and had to drop off at this one.

OTISHA JThis was not the original location I requested, but I now realize that I needed to go where the equipment was. Also, when I originally signed up for this equipment, I did not realize that although I only needed it for three days (doable in two), that I would be charged for four days and even more milage than I needed. I also did not realize that I would have to download and use the U-Haul app to complete this pickup before hours when I first signed up, even though I informed the agent that I would pick up the equipment before opening times. I was simply told that I would receive an email the day prior to pickup. It was only after I called late the day prior that I learned that I would have to have the phone app, that I would be charged for a 4th day at some $00-$500 more expensive than quoted by the friendly agent, and that in fact my pickup location was changed. It was a terrible experience for my first U-Haul rental in 20 years. I blame dependency on the app.
