I paid for a dolly and it was not included when I picked up the rental.
Ayeisha CThe reason below average was choose is because there were ZERO signs indicating that the U-Hual Rental was at this location. We obviously found the place because of the 15' Orange and White truck that was parked at the rear of the property. This rental office is actually inside a completely different business which is great except the property has 2 businesses side by side and with no signage indicating which business you need to go in to this could be rather confusing and problematic. Then after completing the rental agreement we had an additional question so we called the business and were told by the receptionist the person who handles the rentals had left the building for 15 minutes and we would need to call back. When in fact we actually needed to contact the local scheduling office in our dropoff city, so perhaps the staff answering the phones could be a little more knowledgeable about basic procedures. Since our question was about mileage we didn't want to leave the pickup location until our concerns were answered and resolved so a more knowledgeable staffing person could have saved us a 20 minute wait for the rental agent to return. Our truck was clean and ready for rental though the front windshield had tape around the outer driver's side edge as a repair, which could have been repaired properly.
