The truck was VERY dirty. It didn't drive very well either. The gas station attendant had no information when I needed help either. When I returned the truck, the area where it was supposed to go was full of trucks already, so I had to park precariously and the attendant was no help at that time either. Liked the ability to do it all by myself on my phone though. That part was very easy.

MICHAEL BI was charged an additional $40 bringing my total from $70-$110. This is by the time we finished checking out I was 30 min late. Yet my time wasn’t extended in the morning when it took well over a half hour to get the rig. Disappointing. The increase seems completely unfair

CHRISTINE PMy reservation van was not there when I arrived to the location. Previous renters went over their alloted time. Uhaul should notify you if the equipment has not been returned before you go to the location
