the inside of the truck was pretty dusty/dirty but overall not bad. The gas tank and maybe this is normal was about 1/8 full so having to put gas in prior to getting location to move stuff wasn't ideal but the location place was easy and efficient and let me park my car there while I use the truck. Person was very nice that worked there as well.

Dropoff was weird. I was asked to use the app, but I just wanted to go to the counter.
Gevorg HThe truck itself was mostly clean, but the back of the cargo area had not been swept and still had debris left behind. During check‑in, the app would not upload any of the required photos, which caused delays. When I asked the gas attendant for assistance, he was not helpful and didn't provide any guidance on how to resolve the issue. I then contacted customer service through the app, and while they helped me attach the photos I sent through chat, the instructions on what to do next were unclear. Overall, my check‑in took longer than expected because of the app issues, unclear support steps, and lack of assistance on-site.
