The truck itself was mostly clean, but the back of the cargo area had not been swept and still had debris left behind. During check‑in, the app would not upload any of the required photos, which caused delays. When I asked the gas attendant for assistance, he was not helpful and didn't provide any guidance on how to resolve the issue. I then contacted customer service through the app, and while they helped me attach the photos I sent through chat, the instructions on what to do next were unclear. Overall, my check‑in took longer than expected because of the app issues, unclear support steps, and lack of assistance on-site.

Manav RThe truck was parked in a very tight spot, there are no backup cameras or assists, there was only one truck and two people had apparently pre-registered for it, I just had gotten there first. A creepy man approached me in the parking lot asking to follow me home and help me move.
