FRANCIS TThe vehicle broke down. I waited for service and the tow driver was not very pleasant. It put me behind schedule for some hours. I had to pay someone to pick up my family. I was told I could not leave the vehicle. I had no way of getting to my car. I called U-Haul corporate and have not heard back from them. I am requesting a reimbursement.
WILLA RThe store associate made the pick up process very confusing. They did not even offer assistance to locate the trailer or hook it up. The inside of the store was chaotic and unorganized which just made it look bad on the U-Haul brand. I honestly didn’t even feel safe at this location. I felt like I should have had a weapon on me here.

LADONNA AGet better form to reflect the gad mileage. Argued for half hour over gas. Not very happy with this location. I have rented from U-Haul for years and have never had to argue over gas.

Geraldine DI talked to customer service and after turning in the Uhaul in Ft. Collins, CO, then I wasted a total of 5 1/2 hours due to the pickup process. The Ft Collins turn in guy stopped what he was doing to view all my time stamped photos and mark all the damage locations and accurate mileage.

Pertricia WThe process took a very long time as it was in a cigar shop. The person that was helping us register kept asking other people in line how she could help them. Then when we went out to get the rentals, the truck was inconveniently placed from the auto transport and we ended up spending almost 30 minutes just trying to hook the truck up to the trailer. Luckily one of the people at the cigar shop helped us in the end. Not a convenient or easy to navigate lot.

rakynia clocation fine, but the the truck cab smelled like cigarettes. The exterior mirrors were rusted and could not be adjusted, really should have USB port or adapter in the trucks for cell phone navigation. Would be much more convenient to have full tak of gas at pick up - I had to get it filled right away to be sure I wouldnt have to stop on the highway.
Christopher PAttendant asked questions we have not been asked at any other uhaul location (this was the fourth location in one month) like wanting a third contact. Attendant tried to take my phone from my hands as I was uploading dl. He almost didn’t give us our moving pads and shorted us 18 pads. When we informed him, he didn’t want to sign the receipt saying we got 18 pads less than paid for. He told us the truck was in the parking lot, but gave no further instruction. We had to search through a dozen trucks to find ours.

Lesly PMy experience with this location was beyond terrible. Between the poor customer service experience, to the poor maintenance of the vehicle. I would not recommend this location or this service to anyone. I could not see due to broken windshield wiper to the truck doors not closing completely. I was not satisfied nor was I happy. I made a reservation to have to repeat myself and have to pay again in store. Very unprofessional.

james yHand truck wheels did not roll smoothly...I was told I could drop the key off after returning the truck. I dropped the key off in the drop box the same day...I waited to get a email from them. With the closed contract..I never heard from them. I tried calling, no one answered the phone..I had to drive back to the location to get the contact closed out...They never checked the drop off box.I watched them retrieve my key .

JERMAINE DWrong address and phone number listed on the reservation. Caused me to drive 20 minutes out of my way and be late to my reservation. The vehicle was damaged/ banged up. The vehicle was dirty. Hair left all over the vehicle. It smelled. There was dirty in the bed of the uhaul which made my things dirty. When dropping off the vehicle we parked next to all the other uhaul. The guy in the store told us to park it in the spot we got it from (all the way on the other end of the large parking lot) but we could not because another car was parked there and he was arguing with us that it needs to go back in that spot. Just poor service overall.
Bria GThis was a horrible experience. The address for the truck pick was incorrect and very far away. I definitely lost money in gas... The 335 S Dupont address is not correct. After speaking with the Uhaul dispatch I googled the name of the store- Cigar & More Tobacco and drove to that location. The location was in a very bad neighborhood and the customer service was horrible. The attendants were rude, arrogant, extremely slow and unorganized.. Not to mention he barely spoke English. When I finally received the UHaul truck keys I was directly to walk 1/4 behind the store to get the truck. The walk was in a bad area with not lights and liquor bottles littered everywhere. I'm glad I didn't send my wife. This location is not a good U Haul location. DANGEROUS!!! Oh yeah when I got the truck the window was down and it had rained earlier. Also it was dirty

david dEverything went well with the process and the vehicle itself was in great condition. It was a pretty hot day but the air conditioner worked great. The vehicle was clean with the exception of there being a Pepsi bottle that had most of the fluid gone and a half of a pack of cigarettes. It didn't really leave the cab dirty. I just was concerned that it may have been assumed that i left it there.
